PRINCE2 Rules & Exam Rules

Please remember that you must attend all days of the course. You will not complete the course if you do not.

You must be able to speak, read & write in English

Inform CST of any changes to the listed information as per the order confirmation.

Be aware that the exam is facilitated by PEOPLECERT & NOT CST TRAINING LTD – issues with the exam process or procedure must be communicated to customerservice@peoplecert.org

You must have a strong internet connection that supports audio and video link.

You must pass the foundation course in order to complete the practitioner course.

We require 2 weeks notice to be able to send out hard copy resources.

You must inform CST prior to the course if any learning difficulties,

Obtain parent/guardian written permission if under 18

You must be on time – if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be denied entry to the course.

Be willing to participate in group discussions and present your work to the group.

Be aware that your certificate can take up to 14 days to arrive as issued by Axelos

You must show your photo ID on the first day of the course. You must have a suitable exam environment; you should be in a room on your own. With a clear desk. No notes are to be on the desk during the exam.

You should not be expected by your employer to work during the course and your mobile phone should be switched off.

Candidates should be at a separate venue. (IE two candidates from the same company cannot complete the exam in the same room)

You will need access to Zoom. The link for this meeting will be shown above. YOU MUST HAVE SUFFICIENT IT SKILLS TO ATTEND THIS COURSE.

You will need a laptop with a microphone, camera and speakers to complete this course.

During the whole of the course and the exam, you must be visible via your web camera.

Please ensure that you have read the pre-course notes and prepared for the course.

Meet the technical requirement and not be hindered by a company firewall

EXAM REQUIREMENTS

System Requirements Windows:

Ensure that your computer meets the following system requirements:

Windows® 10 (Windows 10S is not supported), Windows® 8.1, Windows® 8
Internet Explorer version 10 or greater
Dual-core 2.4GHz CPU or faster with 2GB of RAM (recommended)
Active Full-Time/Broadband internet connection of at least 4Mbps
16-bit monitor (at least 15”) with screen resolution 1024 x 768 or higher
Speakers and microphone (the use of headsets is only allowed during onboarding)
Keyboard and mouse or another pointing device (keyboard set to English characters)
A single web camera (embedded or external – no mobile phone) you can rotate.

System Requirements Mac

Ensure that your computer meets the following system requirements:

macOS Sierra (10.12), macOS High Sierra (10.13), macOS Mojave (10.14), macOS Catalina (10.15) or macOS Big Sur (11)
Mac compatible web camera (no mobile phone) and microphone (for Mac Mini and MacPro)
Active Full-Time/Broadband internet connection of at least 4Mbps
Keyboard and mouse or any other pointing device (keyboard set to English characters)
Speakers and microphone (the use of headsets is only allowed during onboarding).
