How are your CITB courses delivered?
Online course – Our online courses are delivered via Zoom in a virtual classroom environment. With a live tutor and other candidates, this is an interactive course.
Classroom course – Our classroom courses are delivered at 30+ locations across the UK. Learn in a comfortable classroom environment with your CITB-approved tutor and other candidates.
Do you deliver day-release courses?
Yes, we deliver SMSTS day-release courses. Complete your training 1 day per week.
Do you deliver weekend courses?
Yes, we have a large range of weekend course dates so you can complete your qualification without having to take time off work.
How do I know which CITB course is suitable for my career goals?

Can I receive CITB funding for CITB courses?
What happens if I miss any time on my CITB Course?
You must attend every day of your course and complete the exam to pass your course. If you are unable to attend one of your course days please contact us in advance and we will do our best to find a more suitable course date for you.
When will I get my Certificate?
You will receive your certificates via email around 14 days after the course. Certificates are issued by the awarding body (CITB). Please take this into account before committing to employment start dates.

What Is An NVQ?
An NVQ is a vocational qualification that proves your competence within your chosen field.
What Do I Need To Start An NVQ?
You’ll need ID, National Insurance Number and experience in the relevant field. You will need to complete our registration form.
Do I have to be working to complete an NVQ?
As an NVQ is a competency based qualification, it is mandatory that you are in a position to be able to gather evidence for your NVQ. This could mean you are either currently employed, self-employed or working part-time in a relevant role and have experience in the role that is related to the NVQ.
How Long Does An NVQ Take?
This varies depending on the level of the NVQ. Varying from 6 to 16 weeks. The duration also depends on how quickly you can gain the necessary evidence.
What happens if I can’t complete my NVQ in the timeframe you state on your Website?
Your NVQ qualification does not have to be completed in the timeframe stated on our website. There is no time limits on completing an NVQ. We provide you with the average time that the NVQ is likely to take in order for you to take this into consideration before committing to an employment start date.
You can complete your NVQ at a slower pace if you have a busy schedule. You will be assigned a dedicated assessor to support you throughout the qualification, no matter how long it takes. Once completed you have the qualification for life.
How Do You Take Payment?
A 50% deposit is required to register you onto the NVQ and then 50% required upon completion of the NVQ, which can be made via most debit/credit cards or bank transfer.
What Evidence Do I need?
This depends entirely on the NVQ but usually, we will require a copy of the method statement and various site documents relating to your occupation, we will conduct remote site visits and also ask for videos and photos of you working. Lastly we will gain a witness testimony from your supervisor or manager. If you have any questions regarding this, please give us a call.
Where Does The NVQ Take Place?
At your place of work, you will not miss any work time because the NVQ is completed on-site and via the online portfolio system.

What is E-Learning?
E-Learning is a great way to learn and improve your knowledge and skills base. It is a very cost-effective way to complete training for individuals or companies. Courses can often be completed in a short amount of time and also in the learner’s spare time.
How do our courses work?
Simply browse our selection of E-Learning courses below and once you have found the course or courses you want to do, press the ‘BUY NOW’ button and you‘ll be taken to our online shop, where you will be able to purchase the course. Once you have completed the purchase you will be emailed a username and password and a link to the learning portal, where you’ll be able to complete the course.
Are the courses accredited?
Our courses hold various accreditations, depending on the course. Such as CPD, IATP, RoSPA, IFE & IIRSM.
Are discounts available for companies and multiple candidates?
How do I Pay?
When you click BUY NOW, you’ll be taken to the purchase page, where you can purchase the courses using your cred/debit card or PAYPAL.
Do I need to go anywhere to complete the course?
No. These courses are completed completely online on your PC, mobile or tablet.
I can’t find the bundles to purchase?
If you are on a desktop you will find the bundles buy clicking ‘BUY NOW’ and this will take you to our shop, where you can navigate to Bundles on the right-hand side of the menu at the top of the screen. If you are on a mobile, you will find bundles by clicking the Menu button, which is 3 horizontal lines, you will then be able to click Bundles and find the Bundle that you are looking for.
