Foundation & Practitioner Bundle

  • Who is Prince2 Agile® Bundle For?
    • The PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner qualification is intended for:
      • Project managers
      • Aspiring project managers

The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation qualification is intended to assess whether a candidate can recall and understand the PRINCE2 project management method.

The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam assesses the ability to apply understanding of the PRINCE2 Agile project management method in context.

      PRINCE2 Agile® is intended for:
      • Project managers
      • Aspiring project managers
      • Scrum Masters
      • Team managers (e.g. product delivery managers)

      • Developers
      • Business Professionals.
      • Project Support

The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation qualification is a prerequisite to the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner Qualification.

  • Why Prince2 Agile®?
    • Prince2® is the only project management training course that gives project managers a start to finish, what to do, and how to do it, step by step guide. It even includes sample documents. This is ideal for anyone who is new to project management, and it provides a large body of knowledge that even experienced project managers will find useful.
It is used in many countries, even where English is not the first language, including China. Most project management roles in the UK require Prince2, so it’s often a minimum requirement for getting a job as a PM. The language of Prince2 gives all PM practitioners working in the UK a common vocabulary, which is a big help because the terminology varies in different countries and industries.
It is scalable to any size project because the same principles and processes always apply. It is considered to be Best Practice.
Prince2 is the only methodology that explicitly recognises the different perspectives of Customers and Suppliers in projects. It provides a perspective of Customer spending and achieving quality products that will allow customers to realise their expected benefits from the investment in the project.
