The award is completed using our easy online portfolio system. You will cover content such as:

• Developing strategic leadership and management capability
• Adopting a data-led approach to strategic management
• Developing a commercially focused organisation
• Evolving approaches in leadership and management

• Complete an induction with your tutor.
• Learn with your tutor and independently through live 1:1 lessons, group lessons and pre-recorded lessons (Tutor support is available throughout the whole course process.)
• Complete assignments on each unit you study.
• Be assessed on relevant tasks within a workplace environment that shows the application of new skills learnt from units studied.
• You may be assessed in the form of case studies, observation, professional discussion, projects, reflective logs or diaries and knowledge questions.

To complete this course you will be marked on an assignment for each unit you study.

This course can be completed in 4 weeks as long as you are prepared to work with your assessor and meet the course requirements.

Once completed you will receive your ILM award.
