Justin brings 34 years of first aid experience across various industries, including Private Security, Leisure Centres, and as a Duty Ambulance Driver. He has also worked as a Health & Safety Manager.
His qualifications include Emergency Responder certification for Swimming Pool rescues and a Mental Health First Aid at Work qualification.
Justin’s real-life first aid experience includes responding to incidents such as fractured skulls, CPR, amputations, fractured limbs, seizures, strokes, life-threatening illnesses, severe burns, and major bleeds. Over the past 4 years, Justin has been teaching a range of first aid courses, including Emergency First Aid at Work, First Aid at Work, and Paediatric First Aid.

Andy has 18 years of experience providing first aid in an engineering environment, handling incidents ranging from minor cuts and bruises to serious injuries like amputations in a factory setting.
He also served for 27 years with West Yorkshire Police, working in general response, operational support, road traffic, and training. His expertise includes planning tri-service operations and live tasking within Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) scenarios.
For 7 years, Andy worked with Police, Fire, Hazardous Area Response Teams, and forensics, focusing on hazardous material incidents, developing strategic operating plans, and administering first aid to both the public and officers.
Andy holds qualifications in post-16 education, First Aid, Paediatric First Aid, and First Responder Emergency Care. He also has extensive experience delivering First Aid at Work courses to a diverse range of clients.
