• Starting The Course

    As a minimum, you will need a copy of your photo ID.

    The course can be started on any day.

  • The award is completed using our easy online portfolio system. You will cover content such as:

    • Planning & Monitoring Work

• What Is the Process of an ILM Course?

  • Complete an induction with your tutor.

    Learn with your tutor and independently through live 1:1 lessons, group lessons and pre-recorded lessons. Tutor support is available throughout the whole course.

    Be assessed on relevant tasks within a workplace environment that demonstrate the application of the skills you have developed during the course.

    You may be assessed through methods such as case studies, observation, professional discussion, projects, reflective logs or diaries and knowledge questions.

• How the Course Is Assessed

  • Assessment is completed through a portfolio of evidence that demonstrates your skills and knowledge in a workplace setting.

    Your portfolio may include a range of evidence such as:

    • Workplace documentation or records, for example work plans and schedules, meeting agendas or minutes, communication records or training materials
    • Video clips (maximum duration of 15 minutes)
    • Projects
    • Reflective accounts or logs
    • Assessor observations
    • Witness testimonies
    • Once you have successfully completed the course and submitted the required evidence, you will receive your ILM qualification.
• Your Tutor

  • Throughout your whole course, you will be tutored, guided and supported by your dedicated industry-expert tutor.

    Your tutor will guide you through the course material and provide regular feedback on the evidence you upload. They will also be available by email or phone if you need any support throughout the course.

• Payment Plans

  • Plan 1 – Payment in full: If you choose to pay in full, we will discount the overall cost by 10% (This offer cannot be redeemed with any other discounts or offers)

    Plan 2 – 50/50 Split: Pay 50% at the start of the NVQ & 50% upon completion of the NVQ or after 6 months, whichever comes first.

    Plan 3 – Split Into 3: 33% due at the start of the NVQ, 33% due after 1 month & 33% due upon completion of the NVQ or after 6 months, whichever comes first.

    Finance – Monthly Direct Debits: We offer 0% finance available over 10 months. Split the cost of your course over 10 months. Please ask for further information.
