REFERRAL PROGRAMME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Overview

CST Training LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers a referral programme (the “Programme”) where eligible individuals (“Referrers”) can earn a reward for referring new candidates (“Referred Candidates”) who book qualifying courses.

By participating in the Programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

• The Programme is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
• Employees of CST Training LTD are not eligible.
• A Referred Candidate must be a new customer to CST Training LTD (i.e., not already in our enquiry system or a previous customer).
• The Referred Candidate must not be referred by multiple people. In the case of duplicate referrals, the reward will be granted to the first valid referral form submitted.
• Only individuals who have successfully completed a course with CST Training are eligible to participate in the Referral Programme. A course is considered completed once the candidate has attended in full and no refund or cancellation has been issued.
• You must complete the following form to be eligible for the reward.  

3. Qualifying Referrals

• A referral is considered valid if: 
  1. The Referrer submits the official referral form before or at the time of the Referred Candidate’s first enquiry. 
  2. The Referred Candidate books a course with a value of at least £600 (excluding VAT). 
  3. The course is paid for in full. 
• The referral only qualifies if the Referred Candidate enrols and makes payment within 6 months of the referral form being submitted. 

4. Rewards

• Upon a successful referral, the Referrer will receive their choice of: 
  • A £50 prepaid card, OR 
  • A £100 CST Training voucher (valid for 12 months from issue, non-transferable, no cash alternative). 
• Referrers will be contacted by email to choose their reward once eligibility is confirmed.
• If no choice is made within 30 days, CST Training reserves the right to issue no reward.

5. Reward Issuance

• Rewards will only be processed once: 
  1. Full payment has been received and cleared. 
  2. 30 days have passed since the Referred Candidate’s payment date (to allow for cancellations or refunds). 
• Rewards will be issued within 30 days thereafter.
• CST Training reserves the right to use a secure form or third-party service to collect delivery information or payment details. 

6. £500 Prize Draw

In addition to the standard referral rewards, CST Training LTD is running a promotional prize draw for Referrers.

6.1. Eligibility

• Every valid referral made under this Programme automatically enters the Referrer into the £500 prize draw.
• A valid referral must meet all criteria outlined in Sections 2 and 3 above.
• Each successful referral counts as one entry. Multiple referrals mean multiple entries.
• Referrers will still receive their standard referral reward (£50 prepaid card or £100 CST Training voucher) for each qualifying referral, in addition to being entered into the £500 prize draw.
• The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw.

7. Limits

• There is no cap on the number of referrals an individual can make, but CST Training reserves the right to investigate and withhold rewards where activity appears fraudulent or abusive. 

8. Tax Responsibility

• Referral rewards may be considered taxable income. It is the Referrer’s responsibility to declare any income received to HMRC or relevant authorities. CST Training accepts no liability for tax obligations. 

9. Data Protection

• Referrer and Referred Candidate details will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Only data necessary to administer the Programme will be collected, and securely stored. 

10. General

• CST Training LTD reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Programme at any time without prior notice.
• CST Training LTD reserves the right not to pay the reward for any reason and/or to delay the reward for an indefinite period of time.  
• Rewards are subject to availability. An alternative of equal or greater value may be offered if the chosen reward is unavailable.
• CST Training LTD’s decision on all matters relating to the Programme is final.
