  • The OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Business Management provides learners with a strong foundation for building a career in a wide range of organisations. • Course Structure

  • The OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Business Management is made up of six compulsory units, providing a total of 120 credits. The qualification requires around 1,200 hours of Total Qualification Time (TQT), including 480 Guided Learning Hours (GLH).

• Entry Requirements

  • This qualification is perfect for individuals who are beginning, or planning to begin, a career in business within either the private or public sector. On successful completion of the Level 4 Diploma in Business Management, learners can progress to higher-level study or advance their career opportunities.

    To enrol on the OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Business Management, candidates must possess:

    • A relevant NQF/QCF/RQF Level 3 Award or Diploma, or an equivalent qualification such as GCE/GCSE
    • Mature learners aged 21 or above with management experience (to be confirmed with the delivery centre before registration)
    • Learners must be at least 18 years old at the start of the course
• Progression Opportunities

  • After successfully completing the OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Business Management, learners can progress to the OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Business Management. All units must be passed to move on to the Level 5 programme.
