Yes, the assessment is included as part of the course. The NEBOSH Working with Wellbeing qualification is assessed through a two-part written task completed after you finish the training.
The assessment involves:
Reviewing your workplace: You will reflect on how your organisation performs across each area of the NEBOSH wellbeing tree, outlining key strengths and areas for improvement.
Creating a wellbeing plan: You will then choose three wellbeing initiatives, explain why you selected them and describe how you would measure whether each one is working.
This assessment is designed to show how well you understand the course content and how you plan to apply it in your own workplace.
When and how it is completed:
If you attend a classroom session, you’ll normally complete the assessment at the end of the day.
If you study via our elearning option, you will complete it once you’ve worked through all of the course material.
