This course is delivered through e-learning, allowing you to study at your own pace.

Candidates will receive login details for the dedicated CST Training ILX E-Learning Portal from ILX Group to their email within 24 working hours. Along with the exam voucher, the exam is completed directly with APMG.

Your e-learning licence is valid for 12 months, giving you flexibility to complete the course around your schedule.

The exam is:

• 60 minutes
• Closed book
• Multiple choice (40 questions)
• Pass mark of 65% (26 out of 40)

The exam is completed online via ILX Group at a time that suits you.

Upon successful completion of the exam, you will receive the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.

This qualification is awarded by PeopleCert and is recognised globally as the entry-level certification for IT service management.
