We’re sometimes met with the misconception that completing a course online bars you from getting the full experience. But there’s a reason our courses are so popular. With online training, you’re not just getting the full experience, but in many cases you’ll be able to complete the course far faster than if you were waiting around to attend in-person classes. 

There’s a number of reasons online training is so popular, though. That’s what we’ll be breaking down in today’s blog, before taking a look at what some of our customers had to say about CST Training’s online courses.

Online Training is Flexible

Not having to commute to a specific location, which could be quite a distance from you depending on where you’re based, makes online training far more flexible than the alternative. With CST Training, you can progress through your course wherever, and whenever, you’d like. 

For some courses, such as our NVQs, there is no time limit for completing them, meaning you can easily work around your own schedule without having to take time off.

Better for Your Mental Health

Even if you enjoy what you’re learning or the job that you’re doing, the requirement to do that work in person can quickly become a strain, both physically and mentally. Someone that struggles with social anxiety, for example, might be more reluctant to complete a course if they know it’s going to be taxing for them. This would be especially true if you didn’t have fond memories of school or university- and many don’t!

In comparison, remote learning would relieve this burden, and be a lot less stressful. 

Online Training is More Affordable 

Whether you’re learning in person or you’re working in person, those costs can quickly pile up. This is largely down to the travel involved, but there’s a whole host of other factors, too. These expenses are often impossible to avoid, and while they may not seem too substantial at first, they’ll certainly add up.
