Administration NVQs

We offer business administration NVQs at Level 2, 3, and 4. The Level 2 Diploma in Business Admin is most suited to candidates who currently have a role in that field, and tends to take between six to 12 weeks to complete. Next up is the Level 3 Diploma, suitable for those who are in an admin role but also have information management responsibilities, as well as responsibilities for other activities. That course also tends to take 6-12 weeks.

Finally, there is the Level 4 NVQ Diploma, which is best suited to those with an in-depth understanding of business admin, and are heavily involved in its management. This course would usually take 8-16 weeks.

There are a number of benefits to taking business administration NVQs. You’ll be eligible for more advanced admin positions, but you’ll also be able to move into a number of different fields, including accounting, operations, logistics, finance, information systems, and marketing. Customer Service NVQs 

Much like with the business admin courses, there are three levels of customer service NVQs on offer here at CST Training. These include Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4. 

The Level 2 Diploma is ideal for those who deal with customer service in their role. This course usually takes between 6-12 weeks. Level 3 is best for those who should be involved in the implementation of customer service within their organisation, and also usually takes 6-12 weeks. The Level 4 NVQ Diploma is aimed at candidates with both an in-depth understanding of customer service, and the responsibility for its implementation across their company.

Customer service skills are certainly transferable; their usefulness is far from confined to any one field. Knowing how best to deal with customers, particularly difficult customers, will be greatly beneficial for any customer-facing role. Management NVQs

We offer five levels of management NVQs: Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading, Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Management, Level 5 Diploma in Management & Leadership, and Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership.

Your suitability for these courses depends on your level of experience. For example, the Level 2 is best suited for new team leaders or those in similar roles.
